Stay with Sertifier if you want the hosted recipient portal, the badge wallet and the LMS/CRM integrations running on their infrastructure. Certora is single-tenant and issues from your own server — PDFs, a public /verify/{code} page and an expiry register — and its verification is a database lookup on your machine, provenance rather than cryptography.
