What's new in Own It 3.3

Own It 3.3 is the detail that decides whether a tool fits a working day: people without a login can hand things in, phones keep working when the signal drops, reports take the shape you need, and your old records come with you.

As always: nothing taken away, nothing moved behind a paywall, no subscription. If you own a tool, the 3.3 files are the same one-time purchase you already made.

Hand it in without a login

Cashora: give each cash box its own link. Whoever spent cash from the box hands in the receipt on their phone, with a photo, and it waits until the custodian records it as a payout or turns it down.
Expensa: a private claim link lets someone with no account send their receipts in their name, for your review. Off until you switch it on.
Fixora: a weekly report for a facility manager, an owner or a client, with no prices and their own stop link. No seat needed.
Trainora: each person confirms their training record from their private link by typing their name. Visitora: contractors read and accept your induction or permit-to-work summary at the kiosk, and the exact text stays on their visit.

Keeps working when the signal drops

Fleetora's walk-round checks and Inspectora's inspections keep each answer on the phone as it is given. If the signal drops or the page reloads, the answers come back, and a check sent twice is recorded once.

Reports in the shape you need

Assetora: tick the columns you need, filter, download as CSV or Excel and save the report by name to run again.
Lendra: usage between two dates, grouped by item, category, department or borrower. Consigna: the average sale, each staff member's sales and takings, and your busiest hours.
Membora: the members export filters by status, rate, people or organisations, lapsing soon, an overdue charge or one of your own member fields.
Packora: what each state's estimated fee comes to per unit you sold there, side by side, worked out from your own rates. Restock: the margin on every suggested order and purchase order, with your prices kept off what the supplier receives.

Bring your records over

Expensa takes the expense lines exported from the app you use now, Ledgira your bank's CSV as it comes, and Trainora your past training records from a spreadsheet. Each shows a dry run of what will and will not go in, and why, before anything is written. Ledgira also reads a long statement to the end over several replies from your own AI provider, and Specta checks a supplier's list against your own store's product export before you import it.

E-invoices read from their own XML

Extracta reads XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and Peppol UBL invoices from the XML they carry, as a file or inside the PDF: no AI model, no key, nothing to guess. It lays an XRechnung out as an invoice beside the fields you review, carries the VAT details into the exports and the API, and lets you record what you reported on a platform. Extracta keeps the record; the reporting itself stays with your platform, and Extracta is not a Peppol connection.

Staff and shifts

Rostera: a changed shift is marked on the person's My rota and, with staff emails on, everyone it touches gets one email saying what changed. Each shift shows its length.
Leavora: change booked leave in one step, let staff ask to move their approved leave instead of emailing you, and see on the request form what is booked and whether the dates clash.
Clockora: approve submitted time from your phone, one card per person and week. Jobora: switch it on and field staff see no prices, rates or margins.
New installs of Leavora and Rostera show dates the UK way, with the US style one setting away.

Money and records

Commissa: a change log for every commission rule, and commission that waits for the customer's money if you switch it on.
Invora: your own fields on every invoice and estimate, such as a PO number, a project or a job site, printed in the PDF and read by the API.
Loyalora: your till sends the card code and the reward, and the reward is redeemed once if the balance covers it.
Menura: one price change across every menu, previewed, applied at once or scheduled. Permora: a reminder to get a permit deposit back.
Supplia: a team copy of every reminder, and supplier certificates with reminders before they lapse, each off until you switch it on. Certora: a set of certificates in one run, one from each template you tick.

Messages and the rest

Helpora can post one line to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat or Discord for a new request, a first reply or a settled request, never the subject or who asked, and its request form turns robots away.
Votera: hold ideas from the public for review until you approve them.
Tokora: write the "you are next" and "go to the counter" texts in your own words.
Privara: reply to a requester from your templates, through your own mail server. Secreta: one link per person for the same secret.
Slotly: a limit on appointments at the same time across the business, and customer categories. Membora: memberships held by a company, school or group.
Vendra: scan to adjust stock, with a reason. Onboardora: everything about a starter in one download. Lendra: go back to an earlier scheduled backup after a dry run.

Fixes

A CSV import's dry run in Complia, Cyresora, Lendra, Privara, Revup, Safora and Votera now applies the import's own checks, so a row the import would skip shows as skipped before anything is written.
Cargora keeps a document's date when it is written with a time.
Deliora's shareable JSON backup leaves licence keys, tokens and codes blank; restoring it onto a working install keeps the live ones.

Upgrading

As with every wave: replace the files, load any page, the database migrates itself additively. config.php, uploads and data untouched. Store buyers: your download already serves the 3.3 files.
