The SaaS Price Observatory
What business SaaS actually costs, straight from each vendor’s own pricing page — transcribed verbatim, dated, and linked to the source. Where a vendor publishes no price, that fact is the record: quote-gated. No estimates, no “starting from about…”, no third-hand numbers.
Method — and how to cite this page
Each figure below was read from the vendor’s rendered pricing page (a real browser, not a cached scrape) on the date shown, and is quoted verbatim next to its source link. Prices are re-verified quarterly and whenever a change is reported; the date column always tells you how fresh a figure is. Figures this store uses in its own comparisons are held to the same standard — a number with no source does not render anywhere on this site.

Business $8.99 USD per user/month paid annually ($107.88/yr), or $10.99 month-to-month; Teams Starter Pack $24.95 for 10 members paid annually ($299.40/yr), or $29.95 monthly, extra seats $4.99 up to 20. Also published in CAD and EUR. 14-day trial verbatim quote“In USD, 1Password Business costs $8.99 per user per month when billed annually, or $107.88 per user per year. ... Teams Starter Pack costs $24.95 per month when billed annually, or $299.40 per year, and includes 10 members.” Generic comp, like the Bitwarden Send row: 1Password sells a password manager, and link sharing arrives with the subscription rather than priced on its own. The stored figure is Business per user on annual billing; the Starter Pack is quoted in full because ten people pay $24.95, not ten times $8.99. Both billing states were walked 2026-09-07 - the annual figures stood, and the monthly ones ($10.99 per user, $29.95 the pack) are recorded for the first time, since the page opens on Yearly.

Launch "starts at $45 /month" on a 12-month term billed monthly, 50 recipients to get started; Connect and Growth are "custom plans available". The page's own structured data describes Launch instead as "starting at $996.00 for a 12-month term" — both figures are on the page verbatim quote“starts at$45 /month ... 12-month term; billed monthly ... 50 recipients to get started ... custom plans available. ... pricing starts at $996.00 for a 12-month term, billed monthly” The vendor's page carries two prices for its entry plan that do not reconcile ($45 x 12 = $540, not $996), so this row stores no monthly figure and claims no year-one arithmetic — both numbers are quoted verbatim and left as the vendor published them. What IS unambiguous is the shape: a 12-month term, billed monthly, with the two upper plans quoted. Certora is $79 once, with no term to commit to.

Sales unchanged at 194 across three reads (2026-07-05, 2026-09-03, 2026-09-07), and both licence prices unchanged. Ledgira is $59 once and calls the model you configure with your key, so a busy month costs whatever your provider charges, not another tier.

Starter $20/month billed ANNUALLY or $29/month month-to-month - 60 pages/month; Business $111/$159 at 640 pages; Enterprise $360/$400 at 2,000 pages. Each tier has its own page-volume steps (60/120/300, 640/1,000/1,500, 2,000/3,000/5,000) and the page prices in USD, AUD, CAD, GBP or ZAR verbatim quote“'$20/month' (billed annually) - '60 pages/month' ... 'Unlimited Users. Pay Only for Pages Processed'” The $29 monthly price is now READ, not derived: on 2026-09-05 it was inferred from 'Save $108/yr vs monthly' (12x20+108 = $348); on 2026-09-07 the switch, labelled 'Annually (30% off)', was walked and the card prints $29/mo directly. Same number, one fewer inference; everything else stood. Per page at the annual rate: $0.33 Starter, $0.17 Business, $0.18 Enterprise - it RISES at the top tier. Above 2,000 pages, 'Contact us'.

A promo (30% off for 3 months plus zero onboarding fees on select plans) was live at fetch time - the base price is cited. Re-read 2026-09-07: all six figures unchanged, walked through the page's own billing switch in both positions. Quote-gated: no price is published. The pricing page is a form — "receive a custom quote instantly". Read in full on 2026-09-15, the rendered page carries no currency figure anywhere: only a demo booking and a quote request verbatim quote“Get pricing designed specifically for your portfolio. Tell us about your business and receive a custom quote instantly.” There is no price to compare, and that is the finding rather than a gap in our research: the page was fetched and read, and it publishes none. What can be said is the shape — a quote scaled to a portfolio, which means the bill grows with the number of properties, and neither the starting point nor the slope is public until you identify yourself. Rentara is a one-time licence for software you run, so the comparison is a known number against a number you have to ask for.

Every tier meters per user, and the AI and inbox add-ons meter separately again verbatim quote“standard$25per user/mo ... $45per user/mo ... pro$75per user/mo ... add-on$0.75/resolution ... additional inboxes $10/mo” Standard shown for a three-person desk (3 x $25 = $75/month), the same baseline as the Zendesk and Freshdesk rows on this product. The add-ons are the part worth reading: the AI assistant is billed per resolution and extra inboxes are $10 each a month, so the bill grows with the work as well as the headcount. Helpora is $69 once, for any number of people working the queue.

Re-read 2026-09-07, every figure unchanged - and one note about the page rather than the price: its Monthly/Annual switch sits under "Save up to 20% with annual billing", yet at one unit the cards showed the same figures in BOTH positions.

United States: '$35 /month' / '$356 /year'” Two errors from 2026-09-03, both fixed 2026-09-07 by driving the page rather than reading its markup. (1) 'No yearly figure beside the toggle' - it works, printing $356 and $1,200 a year, about 15% off monthly. (2) 'EUR not USD' was a property of the reader: a REGION selector offers the US, UK, Canada, NZ and the EU, and the US setting prints the same numerals in dollars - so the cents are the vendor's own dollar price, not a conversion.

Re-read 2026-09-07: Packgine has since PUBLISHED a pricing page (packgine.ai/pricing) and it still carries no figure - three tiers scoped by SKU band and jurisdiction count, a quote button under each, and an FAQ answer saying every tier is quoted individually with no setup fees. The quote stored here is now the vendor's own wording rather than our description of it.

'20 pages/month included permanently'” The $39 comes from Parseur's own comparison page, not its pricing page. Re-read 2026-09-05: parseur.com/pricing prints NO dollar figure anywhere - tiers are given by allowance (Base 3,000 pages/mo, Scale 1M, Enterprise 10M), prices sit behind a slider, and the free tier is stated plainly as '20 pages every month' (an earlier read saw a contradictory credits row; the plain sentence is the page's own). What the row does carry is the shape — per location, per module, per tier, with a five-figure one-time deployment before anything runs. Tokora is $69 once and installs itself.

AI-assisted tier free at "$0/mo/user"; Plus "$15/mo/user + platform fee based on team size", with "save 20% with annual billing"; enterprise pricing is quoted. The free tier is a real product, not a trial verbatim quote“free$0/mo/userbest for smaller teams who want to simplify finances ... plus$15/mo/user+ platform fee based on team size ... save 20% with annual billing” Honest math first: Ramp's entry tier is FREE, so on price there is nothing to break even against and Ramp wins outright for a team happy on cards. The stored figure is the paid Plus tier for one user, and note the tail on it — a "platform fee based on team size" the page does not quantify. The case for Cashora is not cost: it is that Ramp replaces the cash box with cards on someone else's platform, while Cashora keeps the box you already run and proves it out at month-end on your own server.

Storage is a $7/month add-on verbatim quote“'Basic $19/mo' ... 'Starter $55/mo' ... 'Business $155/mo' ... 'Premium $199/mo'” Basic is the honest floor - volume gyms typically need Starter and up. This was the catalogue's OLDEST citation (2026-07-05, 64 days), and two attempts since were refused: HTTP 403 on 2026-09-03, then on 2026-09-07 a 919-byte stub to curl and a bot wall to a real browser. Read that day through a rendering proxy — every monthly figure unchanged, and the ANNUAL ladder recorded here for the first time, about 15% under twelve monthly payments.

The $15 figure is the first paid tier - a shop under 200 orders a month should compare against the free plan first. Loyalora is bought once and has no order ceiling of any kind. A 2026-09-03 re-read could NOT verify these: the page served an unrendered shell with template tokens and no prices, confirmed twice. Square's own press page, read the same day, does publish Free $0 / Plus $49 / Premium $149 per location - corroboration, but at a different address than this row cites, so the date stays. Growth $29/mo annually ($350/yr) or $35 monthly; Pro $50/$60; Business "Starting at $100/mo" monthly, annual quoted verbatim quote“Starter 'Monthly $25 /mo' ... That figure is unchanged: $180/yr, the cheapest verified rental-ops tier. What moved is the month-to-month price a buyer can walk away from — $18.00 on 2026-09-03, $25.00 on 2026-09-07 — so the gap between renting and owning widened by $7/mo with the annual headline standing still. Growth shows $29/mo against $350/yr; the exact quotient is $29.17 and the vendor rounds it down.

Studio "Starting at $99/month"; extensions on top: Website $99/month, Engage $249/month, Branded App $39/month; "*Additional charges and/or fees may apply." verbatim quote“'Zen Planner Studio' ... 'Starting at' ... '$99/month' ... 'Website' ... '$99/month' ... 'Engage' ... '$249/month' ... 'Branded App' ... '$39/month' ... '*Additional charges and/or fees may apply.'” NOT re-read on 2026-09-03: the page came back truncated mid-content, so nothing could be verified and the date stands. The core Studio product at its published starting price; the marketing site, automation and branded-app extensions are separate monthly lines on top, and the page itself footnotes further charges. Gymora is one payment with no extensions to buy.

Standard "$50 per Organization per Month", "$39" billed annually; Premium "$100" monthly, "$79" annually. Per ORGANISATION, not per seat — but users are a paid add-on at "$ 9 user/month", so the headline is not the whole bill verbatim quote“Standard $50 $50 $39 per Organization per Month per Organization per Month (Billed annually)” The stored figure is Standard at the monthly rate, $50 per organisation, because that is month one without a year's commitment. Two things the headline hides and the page states: annual billing drops it to $39, and users are a $9/month add-on rather than included, so three people on Standard is $50 + $18 before anything else. Against Invora that is the licence price every year and a half, on software you never own.

Standard $29 per organisation per month billed annually (500 orders/month, 2 users, 2 locations); Professional $79; Premium $129; Enterprise $249; free plan 50 orders; add-ons: users $7.50/month, 500 orders $7.50/month, locations $10/month verbatim quote“'$29 per organization/month billed annually' ... '500 orders/month' ... '2 users' ... '$79' ... '$129' ... '$249' ... 'Users: $ 7.5 per organization / month'” A free plan exists (50 orders, 1 user, 2 locations), and every cap is separately purchasable - users $7.5, 500 orders $7.50, locations $10 per month. The annual-billing entry figure, which is what the page shows; the plan caps orders, users and locations and sells each as an add-on. Restock is one payment with no meters.

Free - $0 (single plan, no paid tiers) verbatim quote“$0 for Seamless & Dependable Invoicing” Genuinely free SaaS comp - compare on ownership/self-hosting, not price. Re-read 2026-09-07, unchanged: still one plan at $0 with no paid tier anywhere on the page, and the caps are the price.
