Every vendor in this category meters the same unit — the reception desk — and publishes it in whichever currency they sell in. This guide leaves each figure in the currency it was read in, because converting a price nobody quoted would be inventing one.

What the vendors publish

Envoy — read 2026-08-22 and again 2026-10-12. Visitors Premium **$362 per location/month** billed annually; Basic is free with limited features; Enterprise is custom. Envoy meters by location and by product — Visitors is its own line, and Response, Reservations, Screens and Deliveries each carry their own.

Greetly — read 2026-09-03 and again 2026-10-12. Essential $99/month billed yearly for smaller offices; the upper tier is $159/month billed yearly for multi-location and badge printing. A flat fee per workplace rather than per user.

Vizito — read 2026-09-03 and again 2026-10-12. Standard *"€29.95 per location per month, all features included"; Pro €59.95; Enterprise €99.95 per location per month *for SAML single sign-on** — SSO is behind the top tier rather than priced as a feature.

Sign In App — read 2026-08-22 and again 2026-10-12. Core £415 per site / year, Enhanced £835, Pro £1,255. Metered by site: every reception you cover is another annual license.

The arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic

Published figure × 60 months, one location, currency as published.

publishedfive years
Envoy Visitors Premium$362/location/month$21,720
Greetly Essential$99/month$5,940
Vizito StandardEUR 29.95/location/monthpublished in euros — not converted
Sign In App CoreGBP 415/site/yearpublished in sterling, per year — not converted
Visitora—$79, once

The bottom two rows are deliberately left without a five-year total. Their prices are published in euros and in sterling, and putting them in a dollar column would mean either converting at a rate nobody quoted or multiplying a yearly figure as though it were monthly. Their published prices are above; the arithmetic is left to the reader who knows which currency they pay in.

What Visitora is

The evacuation half of the job. One page naming everyone still inside the building, derived from the sign-in book rather than stored — so the muster list cannot disagree with the log, and there is no flag column to go stale.

Signing somebody out is idempotent: two taps or two devices produce exactly one sign-out. Signing in somebody already on site is refused outright, because two rows for one body is exactly the error that gets a person left in a building.

Who should stay where they are

Stay with Envoy if you want the wider workplace platform — desk booking, room screens, deliveries — under one roof. Stay with Greetly if you want its iPad app and printed visitor badges: Visitora has a kiosk page and can post arrivals to Slack or Teams, but a visitor gets a badge number, not a printed badge. Stay with Vizito if you want a hosted kiosk across several sites with SSO and support. Stay with Sign In App if you run many sites and want one vendor account across all of them, or if you want their companion app on staff phones.

Visitora is one install per site. That is the honest shape of it.
