Goods-in reconciliation is not an occasional job. Deliveries arrive weekly, the paperwork arrives with them, and somebody checks the packing slip against the purchase order — or nobody does, and the short shipment is discovered a month later by an accountant.
Document-extraction tools solve the reading part and price it by the page.
What the vendors publish
Parseur — read 2026-09-24 and again 2026-10-12 at its pricing page: Micro, 100 pages, "$49" a month billed monthly or "$468" a year billed annually — $39 a month — with a free tier of 20 pages a month. The table runs to Pro at 10,000 pages, $499 a month or $4,788 a year. The meter is page volume, and the subscription runs for as long as the deliveries do.
Docsumo — read 2026-09-03 and again 2026-10-12: no published monthly price. Business and Enterprise are quote-gated — the page says "Talk to us". There is no number to put in the table below, so there is none. A vendor that has stopped publishing a price has told you something about how the negotiation will go.
The arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic
Published entry figure × 60 months. Only Parseur can appear here, because only Parseur publishes.
| monthly | five years | |
|---|---|---|
| Parseur (100 pages, annual billing) | $39 | $2,340 |
| Docsumo | no published price | not calculable |
| Cargora | — | $69, once |
And the entry tier is 100 pages. A business receiving forty deliveries a month with three pages of paperwork each is already at the ceiling.
What Cargora does with your own AI key
It extracts the purchase order and the packing slip using a model key you supply, then does the part the extraction tools leave to you: it matches the lines and tells you where the delivery disagrees with the order. Short shipments and price gaps are the output, not the text.
The key detail is whose key it is. There is no per-page markup on top of the model, because the model bill is yours and arrives from your own provider.
Who should stay where they are
Stay where you are if you need direct ERP or accounting-system integration — Cargora writes importable CSV and JSON files and you import them. Its own API and MCP door let your agent read the results, but it speaks no ERP or accounting vendor's API and holds no credentials for one.
Stay where you are if you need reconciliation for line items that lack a SKU. Cargora matches by SKU only; a line without one is excluded from matching, and the guide will not pretend that is a minor limitation. For some suppliers it is the whole problem.

Cargora is $69, once, with the PHP source. Open the demo — same application, seeded with a delivery that does not match its order.
