The problem it solves

Every warehouse and wholesale buyer receives purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery notes as PDFs and phone photos. Someone retypes the reference number, supplier, and every line item into a spreadsheet or ERP.

Then, when goods arrive, someone manually checks the packing slip against the original PO to catch short shipments, missing items, and price changes. It's slow, and mistakes cost money.

Every feature

• Importable reconciliation exports. Three named CSV shapes on every reconciliation — goods-received, discrepancies, flat — with documented columns your ERP or bookkeeper can import as-is. The default export stays byte-identical, so existing bookmarks keep working.
• PO / slip extraction. Extract the header and full line-item table (SKU, quantity, unit price, line total) from purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery notes.
• PO to slip reconciliation. Get a side-by-side discrepancy report showing quantity deltas, price mismatches, and SKUs missing or added versus the PO.
• Arithmetic cross-check. Every line where quantity times unit price doesn't match the printed line total is automatically flagged.
• Bring your own LLM key. Choose OpenAI, Anthropic, or local Ollama and switch providers any time in Settings.
• CSV / JSON export. Export documents and reconciliation reports to CSV or JSON for your spreadsheet or ERP.
• Self-hosted, one-time purchase. Runs on PHP 8.1+ with MySQL or SQLite on standard shared hosting, with no subscription or per-page charges beyond your own LLM cost.
• Installable mobile app (PWA). Add it to a phone or tablet home screen straight from the browser — a full-screen app served from your own server, with no app store involved. Business data is not stored offline on the device; what you see is read live.
• Check the invoice before you pay. Add the supplier's invoice, link it to the order, and Cargora checks every line against what you ordered and what actually arrived, then shows how much to pay. Overpriced lines and goods that never came are held back; nothing is paid on a guessed price.
• Their part numbers, your SKUs. When a supplier's code isn't yours, confirm it once and it matches on every delivery and invoice from them after. Every link is one a person confirmed, and you can undo it.
• A receiving day in one go. Upload the day's paperwork at once. Cargora can tell a PO from a packing slip, a delivery note or an invoice for you.
• Suppliers can email it in. Point Cargora at a mailbox of your own and the PDFs and photos your suppliers send arrive as documents. Off until you switch it on.
• Someone signs off the short ones. A delivery that doesn't match its order waits for an administrator to accept, dispute or resolve it, with a note of what was agreed.
• Updates from inside the app. The Updates page installs a new release with your license key: Ownware's signature is checked, a backup is taken first, and the app puts the previous version back by itself if the update is interrupted or the database step or start-up check of the new version fails. It never checks by itself.
• Backups by themselves. Automatic backups, an optional copy to S3-compatible storage you own, and a weekly check that the latest backup reads back. The Health page names anything that needs attention.
• Own It 4.0.1 — fixes and an up-to-date manual. For Cargora, 4.0.1 fixes an installer that had lost its styling, a rollback that a page opened during an update could stop and a command-line update that ended in an error after putting the previous version back. Its manual, FAQ and QUICKSTART now cover everything 4.0 added, including two Nginx rules that keep the data folder private. • Own It 4.0.2 — the installer opens on every host. For Cargora, 4.0.2 fixes a fresh install on an Apache host: the one-page setup at /install/ looped back to itself and never opened, and now it opens. Release notes in full

• Own It 4.1: client installations and your other tools. For Cargora, 4.1 makes two changes that every app gets. An Extended license bought from October 4, 2026 covers up to ten client installations, one per client project: hand each one over to the client or host it for them, with the client's logo and colors from the app's branding settings. The API reference now shows how to connect Cargora to Zapier, Make or n8n, using its own webhooks and API key. • Own It 4.0: it updates and backs itself up. For Cargora, 4.0 means updates from inside the app: the Updates page checks for a new release with your license key, verifies Ownware's signature, takes a backup and puts the previous version back by itself if the update is interrupted or the database step or start-up check of the new version fails. A new install can start with a sample business and remove it in one click; backups run by themselves, with an optional offsite copy and a weekly check that the latest one reads back; and the Health page says whether the install is looking after itself.
• Own It 3.3: dates kept as printed. A document date written with its time, in the model's reply or the edit form, used to leave the document undated. Now it is kept as the date it shows.
• Own It 3.2: pay for what arrived. 3.2 closes the loop from order to payment. Add the supplier's invoice and Cargora checks every line against what you ordered and what arrived before you pay, their part numbers match your SKUs once you confirm them, and the day's paperwork goes in at once or by email to your own mailbox. A delivery that does not match waits for an administrator to sign it off.
• Own It 3.1: it writes to the people you serve. The 3.1 wave gave the catalog a way to reach the other side of the transaction: counterparty email through your own SMTP server, calendar feeds your own calendar subscribes to, attachments filed where the paperwork belongs, and export presets other people's software imports. Each outbound feature ships switched off and runs on your own credentials; a failed send is recorded, and the action that triggered it stands. What this app gained is listed at the top of this section.
• Own It 3.0: works for your AI, not just for you. PO completeness is the three-way view a receiving desk actually needs: per line, ordered versus received so far versus remaining, cumulative across every matched slip — while price gaps stay pinned to the delivery that charged them, because that is the one you dispute. MCP puts the same reconciliations in reach of your AI under the same guards.
• Own It 2.0: API, 2FA, backups, dark mode. The owner layer every Ownware app carries. Upgrade by replacing the files — the database migrates itself, and it is still the same one-time purchase.
