Review software priced per domain, per customer band, or not published at all

Trustpilot meters by domain and invitations, NiceJob sells flat plans with add-ons on top, Podium starts at $399 a month. Priced against Revup at $99 once, every read dated.

Asking a happy customer for a review is a small mechanism. The software that does it is priced like a marketing platform, because for most of these vendors that is what it is.

What the vendors publish

Trustpilot — read 2026-09-03 and again 2026-10-12. Starter *"from $99 per month, per domain, billed annually"* with 100 review invitations a month; Plus from $319 per month per domain; Premium from $799. A free tier exists and Enterprise is quote-gated.

Read that meter carefully: per domain, and per invitation allowance, and every tier is a "from" that varies with your revenue.

NiceJob — read 2026-09-26 and again 2026-10-12. Starter $75 per month USD; Pro $125 a month; the Sites add-on is $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee. No customer-count bands any more (the 2026-09-03 read had them); enterprise, franchise and multi-location pricing is through sales.

Podium — read 2026-09-26 and again 2026-10-12: Core $399 per month, Pro $599, Signature custom, each bought through a sales call. On 2026-09-03 the page showed no price at all.

monthlyfive years
Trustpilot Starter (per domain)$99$5,940
NiceJob Starter$75$4,500
Podium Core$399$23,940
Revup—$99, once

Revup's one-time price is the same as Trustpilot's monthly entry figure. That is the sentence this guide exists to make possible.

What Revup is

The request mechanism, and a threshold. Ratings at or above the level you set are sent to your public review link; ratings below it are kept for you to read and act on. That is the whole idea, and it is a deliberately narrow one.

Who should stay where they are

Stay with Trustpilot if the point is a public profile on a site buyers already trust, with its widgets and marketing assets — Revup has no profile and no audience of its own. **Stay where you are if you need direct Google or Yelp API integration** rather than a public review link: Revup does not do that. Stay where you are if you need automated drip sequences and follow-up campaigns — Revup sends the request inside a send window and at most one follow-up, by design.
