How we counted: The unit is a WEBSITE, not a seat: $14 is Starter for one site month to month. Re-read 2026-09-26: Termly prices by location, and this European address was shown euros (Starter 9,5 and 13, Pro+ 13,5 and 18 per website/month) while the served HTML carries the dollar table; the euro figures are Termly's own, not a conversion. The bulk discount now starts at 2 licenses, not 5 as on 2026-09-03. The promo is noted, not used. Privara is $79 once, whatever number of sites.

Questions about moving off Termly.

Does this make me GDPR-compliant?

No — it helps you meet the deadline and maintain an auditable record of every request; whether your responses are legally sufficient is your responsibility and depends on your jurisdiction and the specifics of each request.

Does it actually send emails?

Yes. Once you enter your SMTP server in Settings, every email goes through it: the requester's verification link, staff notifications and, if you switch it on, the daily deadline digest. Without SMTP, only the verification link is attempted, through the server's own mail(), and a send that fails is recorded on the request.

What request types are supported?

Six: access, deletion, rectification, portability, objection and restriction of processing (Article 18).

What if the developer disappears?

It's a self-contained PHP script you own and run — no SaaS dependency, no license server, no phoning home.
