Four contract vendors, priced on 2026-09-03 and re-read on 2026-10-12. Two publish, one hides the number behind a configurator, and one took its pricing page down and put up a new one with the amounts left blank.
That spread is itself the most useful thing in this guide.
What the vendors publish
ContractSafe — Organize $450, Finalize $660, Maximize $815 a month, each "Prepaid Annually", at the lowest contract volume (100 or fewer); each rises with the volume you select *(re-read 2026-09-26 and 2026-10-12; they were $375, $579 and $746 on 2026-09-03)*. Setup work is charged separately again — "jump start services" are priced per contract.
Concord — plans at $499, $899 and $1,299 per month paid annually (the same on 2026-10-12), each including 5 users; additional users cost $49, $69 and $89 per user/month.
Juro — no public price. The pricing page is a configurator that opens by asking how many contracts a month you process, and the figure arrives after that. The meter is contract volume; the number is not published.
ContractWorks — **no public price: the vendor withdrew its pricing page, and the old address returned HTTP 404 on 2026-09-03; on 2026-10-11 a pricing page was back at a new address, three tiers each "Starting at" a dollar sign with the amount left blank, and still blank on 2026-10-12.** That is recorded here exactly as found, because a blank where a price used to be is a fact a buyer should have.
The arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic
Published entry figure × 60 months.
| monthly | five years | |
|---|---|---|
| Concord (entry, 5 users) | $499 | $29,940 |
| ContractSafe Organize | $450 | $27,000 |
| Juro | configurator, no published price | not calculable |
| ContractWorks | amount left blank | not calculable |
| Supplia | — | $69, once |
What Supplia is
The register a renewal date lives in: suppliers, contracts, renewal alerts, expiry warnings, and committed spend by category. It is the thing that stops an auto-renewing contract renewing because nobody was watching.
Who should stay where they are
Stay with ContractSafe if you want AI search across scanned contracts and somebody else doing the data entry. Stay with Juro if you need contracts drafted, negotiated and signed inside the tool — Supplia is the register on the other side of signature. **Stay where you are if you need electronic signatures and approval workflows**: Supplia is a register and a reminder, not a contract lifecycle platform, and it signs nothing.
