How their pricing grows. Smartwaiver's Basic plan is capped at 100 signed waivers per month, so a growing business has to move up through its tiers as waiver volume increases.

Who should stay with Smartwaiver. If you need government-ID verification on signed waivers, stay with Smartwaiver — Waiverly records what text was signed and that it has not changed, not who the signer legally is. Waiverly can email the signer their own copy through your SMTP, off until you switch it on.
How we counted. Basic is the honest floor - volume gyms typically need Starter and up. This was the catalog's OLDEST citation (2026-07-05, 64 days), and two attempts since were refused: HTTP 403 on 2026-09-03, then on 2026-09-07 a 919-byte stub to curl and a bot wall to a real browser. Read that day through a rendering proxy — every monthly figure unchanged, and the ANNUAL ladder recorded here for the first time, about 15% under twelve monthly payments.

How their pricing grows. WaiverForever charges a monthly base fee per tier plus a usage fee that scales automatically with submission volume, offline devices, templates, and team users.

Who should stay with WaiverForever. If you need built-in online payment collection at the point of signing, stay where you are — Waiverly does not do that.
How we counted. Flat-rate with a free tier for low volume, but paid plans are a monthly bill that grows with features. Waiverly is one payment, unlimited waivers.
