Own It 4.1.1 is a fixes release for all 47 apps. Nothing new to learn and nothing taken away: it corrects things that did not do what the apps said they did. It is free for everyone who owns a tool. Update from the app's Updates page (Check for updates, then Back up and update), or download the 4.1.1 files again from your purchase.
Erasing a person removes everything personal
In every app that keeps records about people, Erase now blanks every personal field it should. Before 4.1.1, the erase in many apps left some details behind: in Consigna, for example, a consignor's bank details. Each app's erase is now proven by a test that writes a marker into every personal field, erases, and checks the marker is gone, on SQLite and on MySQL. Anything an erase deliberately keeps (an audit trail that cannot be edited, signed evidence, an accounting record) is named on the erase page with the reason.
Seven apps that keep people's details but had no erase now have a Data requests page that exports or erases everything held about one person: Approva, Secreta, Tokora, Cyresora, Warrantora, Fleetora and Helpora. In Vendra and Loyalora, a read-only user can no longer download a customer's full export.
Single sign-on completes
In thirteen apps (Vendra, Waiverly, Extracta, Privara, Packora, Cashora, Permora, Certora, Commissa, Tokora, Visitora, Loyalora and Onboardora) the last step of signing in through your identity provider sent its two values in the wrong order, so every provider refused it. It completes now.
API keys behind Apache with PHP-FPM
On hosting that runs Apache with PHP-FPM, Apache dropped the Authorization header before it reached the app, so a valid API key was answered with 401. Every app's .htaccess now hands the header on. This is the setup many shared hosts use, and it is what "connect your own agent" relies on.
Slotly asks for the two-factor code
Slotly let you switch two-factor sign-in on, but the sign-in never asked for the code. Now, with it on, the right password leads to a second screen that asks for the code from your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes.
Loyalora keeps its last administrator
Unticking Active on the only administrator is now refused, as demoting them already was, so you cannot lock yourself out.
