How their pricing grows. Qminder's plans are tiered by the number of included users, so cost rises as a team adds seats beyond the plan's allotment.

Who should stay with Qminder. If you need an iPad kiosk app, multilingual SMS and chat, or staff performance reports across locations, stay where you are — Tokora texts visitors through your own Twilio account and does nothing else outbound.

How their pricing grows. Waitwhile sells three fixed, tiered plans priced by scale, starting at $31 a month.

Who should stay with Waitwhile. If you need appointment booking and scheduling rather than a live walk-in queue, stay where you are — Tokora does not do that (it manages a live walk-in queue, not appointment booking).

How we counted. Real free tier for tiny use; beyond it a recurring monthly bill, and the paid tiers meter visits as well as locations. Annual billing is stated as 20% off but the page prints no annual figure. Tokora is one payment, unlimited.

Who should stay with Skiplino. Stay with Skiplino if you run many branches and need virtual queues and appointments across them. Tokora is the take-a-number board for one location with as many counters as you staff, on your own server.

How we counted. The queue-management entry price per location on yearly billing, the only period the page shows. Tokora is one payment for the location.

What Qtrac (now Frontlion) does that we don't. Frontlion assembles the quote from how a site actually runs rather than from a tier ladder, and lists every module rate openly instead of hiding them behind a call.
Stay with Frontlion if you run queues across many branches and need appointments, messaging and integrations managed for you. Tokora is the board itself: issue numbers, call them to counters, run the waiting-room display — one payment, one installation, no deployment fee.
