Visitora has a browser kiosk and printable badges, tells the host by email, in your Slack, Teams, Google Chat or Discord channel, or by a text through your own SMS gateway when the host asks for one, and answers the question the fire officer asks: a single page naming every visitor and contractor still inside, kept on the device for when the network dies.
How we counted. The entry tier at the vendor's own yearly-billing rate; no month-to-month figure renders, so none is stored. Greetly does not meter people — users, check-ins and hosts are unlimited — which makes the monthly fee the whole comparison: $99 a month against Visitora at $79 once.

Who should stay with Envoy. Stay with Envoy if you want the wider workplace platform — desk booking, room screens, deliveries — under one roof. Visitora does the sign-in book and the evacuation list, and nothing else.
How we counted. The published Visitors Premium tier, per location, on the annual commitment — the cheapest way to buy the paid product. A free Basic tier exists and is the honest starting point for a single quiet reception. Visitora is $79 once, for any number of visitors.
