The self-hosted Singenuity alternative
Slotly — Self-hosted appointment booking engineered so it can't double-book. Own it once, run it on your own server, and stop paying Singenuity every month.
Singenuity No subscription published: a 4% booking fee, which the page states the guest pays. Applies to activity revenue only ("No % fees on merchandise, concessions, photos"). Photo solution billed at $0.03 per photo upload. "Get a custom quote" for volume. Slotly is $99.00 once, runs on your own server, and never invoices you again.
How Singenuity pricing grows with you
Singenuity meters by BOOKING VALUE, not by seat or location: a percentage of every activity booking, forever, rising with your revenue.

What Singenuity does that we don't
Singenuity is a payments platform as much as a booking one — it processes the card, holds nothing back, pays out next day, and runs POS, memberships and photo sales beside the calendar.

Who should stay with Singenuity
Stay with Singenuity if you need to TAKE MONEY for tours and attractions: it collects the payment, handles refunds and sells photos and memberships alongside. Slotly books the slot and refuses to double-book it; it has no payment processing at all, so a tour operator collecting deposits online is not served by it. The comparison is honest only for someone who takes payment elsewhere. Full honest limitations are on the product page.
Why owning beats renting Singenuity
- One payment. No monthly, per-seat, or per-location fees — the license is perpetual.
- Your data stays on your server. It never lives in Singenuity's cloud.
- No plan ceilings. Records and users are limited by your hosting, not a pricing tier.
- It keeps working if the vendor doesn't. Self-hosted software can't be sunset or price-hiked out from under you.
Fair trade-offs: you host it, back it up, and apply updates yourself — see the product page for honest limitations, and the full Slotly vs Singenuity comparison.
