How their pricing grows. Trustpilot meters by DOMAIN and by review invitations per month, and prices every tier as a "from" that varies with your revenue.

Who should stay with Trustpilot. Stay with Trustpilot if the point is a public profile on a site buyers already trust, with its widgets and marketing assets. Revup is the request mechanism only: every customer who rates is shown your public review page, and ratings below your threshold are also offered a private message — bought once, and it owns no audience.
How we counted. The entry paid tier, on the annual commitment the page states, and every figure is a "from" — the vendor says elsewhere on the same page that price varies with business size, domain and annual revenue. The comparison is a straight one: Trustpilot Starter is $99 a month for one domain and 100 invitations; Revup is $99 once, for unlimited requests, on your own server.

How their pricing grows. NiceJob sells two flat monthly plans with add-ons priced on top, and quotes franchise and multi-location businesses through its sales team.

Who should stay with NiceJob. If you need direct Google or Yelp API integration instead of a public review link, stay where you are - Revup does not do that.
How we counted. Cheapest publicly-priced review-automation comp; 14-day trial, no contracts. Re-read 2026-09-26: the $75 plan is now named Starter (it was Reviews), the plans are no longer banded by customer count, and Sites is an add-on at $99 a month plus the one-off $199 setup fee rather than a $174 Grow + Sites bundle.

How their pricing grows. Podium sells monthly plans through its sales team: Core and Pro now carry a published monthly price, Signature is custom, and phone seats and extra numbers are billed on top.

Who should stay with Podium. If you need multi-step drip campaigns, stay where you are — Revup sends one request and at most one follow-up.
How we counted. Stored at Core, the entry plan, $399 a month. Re-read 2026-09-26: Podium now publishes Core and Pro prices; on 2026-09-03 the page named no plan and no figure and sent every visitor to sales. Each card still routes the purchase through a sales call. Revup is $69 once.

Why owning beats renting here.
No per-month, per-seat or per-location fees: the license does not expire.
Your data sits on a server you choose; customer records are not held in a vendor's cloud unless you put them there.
Records, users and usage are limited by your hosting, not by a pricing tier.
It keeps working if the vendor doesn't: no one can switch your copy off, and keeping it up to date is in your hands.
The fair trade-offs: you host it, you back it up, and updates are yours to apply. The product page lists what Revup deliberately doesn't do.
