Self-hosted garage & vehicle-service software
The workshop from booking to invoice: quotes that become jobs on a schedule board with real costing, service-due and document-expiry reminders counted in days or distance, preventive maintenance that fires on whichever comes first, a warranty register that knows when cover ends and why each claim was decided, parts reordering from your own sales history, the invoice with its payment link, and a review request that sends happy customers public and unhappy ones to your inbox. Every tool below is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions, and your data lives on your own server.
Self-hosted without the assembly
The other answer to “self-hosted” is a repository: clone it, read the compose file, provision a database, wire up mail, then keep it patched yourself. That is a fair answer when running infrastructure is already your job, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Everything on this page is the other kind — all 7 of them. Each is bought once, the full PHP source is in the download, and the web installer finishes on ordinary shared hosting in about two minutes. No Composer, no Node, no build step, nothing to compile, and nothing that phones home.

Field-Service Suite
Maintenance management plus equipment checkout — keep machines running and know who has the gear. — 3 of the tools on this page are in it.
Year one, rented
- Claimlane — $9,600.00 in year one at $800.00/month (their own page, read 2026-08-22; replaced by Warrantora)
- WarrantyHub — $6,588.00 in year one at $549.00/month (their own page, read 2026-08-22; replaced by Warrantora)
Every tool on this page is one payment; the figures above are the vendors' own published monthly prices multiplied by twelve, nothing else.

What the Field-Service Suite bundles and why the five are five: Jobora for quotes, scheduling and costing; Fleetora for the van's expiries; Lendra for the kit; Fixora for the plant; Inspectora for what is due. Each product's refusals, the hand-offs, and the arithmetic beside buying them separately.
A maintenance release for Jobora: the first quote created after loading the demo data could collide with a demo number and fail to save. Fixed in the seed and in the number generators; 166 tests.
Before a buyer paid, their AI agent read our legal page, our support page and our security.txt on their behalf — and guessed four URLs that did not exist. A dated account of the visit, from our own access log, and the four routes we added the same morning.
A service can be due by calendar or by odometer, and software has to decide which one bites first. The tempting shortcut is to convert distance into time. That conversion requires a number nobody has, and inventing it produces a maintenance schedule that is confidently wrong.
Fleetio, Whip Around, Simply Fleet and Samsara, quoted from their own pricing pages on 22 August 2026, with the per-vehicle meter multiplied out at five vehicles and at twenty-five. Including the one where the honest answer is that the cheapest subscription wins.
An inspection register is a list of assets, a list of checks, and the date each was last done. It is sold per user per month, which prices it by the size of your team rather than the size of the job. Two vendors' published positions, and what the meter is really counting.
