No — it records cash/card tender and change; it doesn't process cards online.

Can I run multiple stores?

No — one shop per installation: one stock ledger, one set of registers. A second shop runs as a second installation on its own domain or subdomain, which the Extended license covers.

Does barcode scanning need special drivers?

No — keyboard-wedge USB scanners just work.

MySQL or SQLite?

Either — MySQL for shared hosting, SQLite for a local trial.
