Own It 3.4 finishes the work of the last two releases: a bank statement matched to rent, your own reports in Warrantora, a second face for the SaaS Kit, and import previews that count exactly what the import brings in.
As always: nothing taken away, nothing moved behind a paywall, no subscription. If you own a tool, the 3.4 files are the same one-time purchase you already made.
A bank statement, matched to rent
Rentara takes the CSV your bank exports and proposes, for each payment in, the tenancy it belongs to: by the tenant's surname, or by an amount only one tenancy owes, flagged for you to check. Nothing is recorded until you confirm. Each confirmed line is recorded like a payment typed in, and a statement uploaded twice records each payment once. Rentara still holds no money and does not connect to a bank: a statement is a file you upload.

Your own reports in Warrantora
Warrantora builds the report you would otherwise make in a spreadsheet. Choose the register or the claims, the columns, the filters (status, outcome, product, a date range, in or out of warranty) and the sort. See it on screen, download it as CSV, or save it under a name: saved reports are there for everyone with the register, and members save and remove them.
A second face for your platform
The SaaS Kit gives your platform's public pages a second face: your apps in the job groups you name, each card with its own icon, a line of its own and its monthly price, and the apps you never host listed apart with their buy-once price. It is off until you set design.default to v2; until then ?design=v2 previews it in one browser.
It also brings your own terms pages, with an "I agree" box on the sign-up form that stores the terms version and the time; nothing changes until you set it. Request logs are kept at most 30 days, and the public pages carry canonical links, labelled sign-up fields and fine print that reads at 4.5:1 or better.
Selling your own software
Deliora rewrites the help answers buyers see in shorter sentences, keeps one copy of the checkout overlay script, and carries a second storefront design that stays off unless your store chooses it. A store that has not chosen a design serves the classic pages exactly as before.
Fixes
- Jobora's customer import preview used to count a customer who already exists, a name twice in the file or a bad email address as ready. Now it names them before you import.
- Permora's jobs import dropped an expiry that is not a real date, so the job came in without it. Now that row is refused and named, and the preview counts exactly what the import brings in.
- Fixora's asset and part imports counted a tag or part number that already exists, or appears twice in the file, as ready. Now the preview names it before you import.
- Warrantora's items import counted a serial already on the register, an impossible sale date or a bad email as ready. Now the preview names each of them, and a serial twice in one file.
- Rentara's units import counted a unit that already exists, a unit twice in the file or a row with no property as ready. Now the preview names them and writes nothing.
php bin/demo.phprun a second time on SQLite no longer stops with an error once a part payment is on record. - The READMEs in the Trainora, Inspectora and Gymora downloads had fallen behind and denied features each has had since 3.2. Each is now one README that matches the app; no code changed.

Upgrading
As with every wave: replace the files, load any page, the database migrates itself additively. config.php, uploads and data untouched. Store buyers: your download already serves the 3.4 files.
